Rotarian Marilyn Ruttan had a great idea, took matters in her own hands and organized the first Nordic Ski Day in the (remembered) history of the Rotary Club of Wasaga Beach & Area. It was a great, crisp, sunny and cold sunday afternoon: Winter Wonderland. Some went snow shoeing, others brought their cross country skis. After ten or so kilometers the group met at the Nordic Ski Center for some hot chocholate and muffins. We had a fantastic time and a great day that will be remembered by all who participated. |
